Hi Bob,
I think you might like to see the labyrinth, based on your chalice labyrinth, that we constructed on Memorial Day at the Mission Peak Unitarian Universalist Church in Fremont, CA. My wife, Jackie, gave the sermon on peace, and related it to inner peace, with the labyrinth cited as one meditative tool for achieving it.
I designed the layout, based on the gridwork of one-foot floor tiles, with the paths one and a half feet wide. It took three of us about an hour and a half to put down the tape and flame. (2 days later, my legs are still quite sore.) <g>
Like a Budhist sand mandala, we destroyed it after the service.
Your work has spread widely. Thanks.
